Among the many institutions of higher education, the most notable include the University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business School, the IT University of Copenhagen and the Technical University of Denmark, the latter being located in the town of Lyngby, minutes from Basecamp by Xior - Lyngby.

    Lyngby is located in the northern suburbs of Copenhagen, and students who live in Basecamp by Xior - Lyngby and attend the Technical University of Denmark can catch a train from Sorgenfri train station, a two minute walk from the property, and be in the centre of Copenhagen within twenty minutes.

    Basecamp by Xior - Lyngby is the perfect place to call home while you study. Whether you chose a Studio XL, Studio L, Studio or Single, each one will feature an en-suite bathroom, private kitchenette, modern furniture and fittings with access to all amenities. These include a fitness center, a cinema, a games room, student lounges and study areas and chill-out zones. With 24/7 on site security, the Basecamp Management Team is available to answer questions and address any concerns.

    In accordance with Danish Rental Law, residential contracts are open ended and maybe terminated by the tenant with a three months' notice.  Accordingly, applications should not be made in advance of three months before the contract commencement date.  Also, the contract start date is always on the 1st of each month, and the end date is on the 30th/31st of each month. Finally, please be aware that the move-out date is 14 days prior to the contract's end. We understand that this might be a bit different from what you may be used to, but these are the terms set by Danish Rental Law.
