Located in the heart of Avenida de la Palmera, undoubtedly one of the most exclusive areas of the city of Sevilla. This student accommodation is located close to the University of Sevilla

     Accommodation   

    Xior Sevilla features single rooms, double rooms and studios. All rooms are fully furnished and rent is inclusive of all utilities. Amenities include weekly room cleaning, bed linen and towel change and WIFI.  Facilities include a gym, study rooms, 24/7 reception, garden area, swimming pool, communal kitchen, and parking for cars, motorbikes, scooters, and bikes.

    Public Amenities & Parks

    Nearby Parks include Parque de Maria Luisa Historical Garden, an emblematic place in the city and ideal for outdoor sports.  Public amenities include Casa Soto Hermoso and the Acuario de Sevilla Aquarium.

     Shopping & Entertainment   

    There are numerous shops, restaurants, pharmacies, medical centers, and convenience stores like Mercadona supermarket and Cash Fresh supermarket near to Xior Sevilla.

    The area has excellent public transport nd is well-connected with the city center and other universities in Seville.

    Xior regularly organizes community events designed to help residents connect, relax, and make the most of their student experience. Depending on the residence, these may include social gatherings, welcome drinks, cultural activities, sports events, workshops, and seasonal celebrations. All events are created to foster a sense of community and make it easy to meet new people.

    To confirm a reservation, the following payments are required:

    A €750 security deposit. This amount will be refunded at the end of the accommodation contract, provided the room is left in the same condition as it was delivered.
    A €225 registration fee. This fee is non‑refundable under any circumstances.
