Basecamp Malmo student housing is a brand-new property located in the center of Malmo which opened in August 2023. It features fully furnished singles and studios of different styles and layouts. The building includes a cinema, gym, student lounges, common rooms and chill out zones.

Located in the Vastra Hammen neighborhood of Malmo, it was an industrial area until the 21st century. Famous for the world’s largest dock, it is today the most exclusive and expensive neighborhood in Malmö. Västra Hamnen is also known as “the City of Tomorrow“ and is the first district in Europe that claims to be carbon neutral.
