Located in the Woodley Park neighborhood area of Washington D.C., 200 ft (60m) from the Woodley Park Metro station, the Debonair was developed in 2011. The building was designed to provide non-profits, professional associations, and educational institutions with residential accommodations to house their associates, students, and interns. The Debonair features six bedrooms on each of the first three floors with three bedrooms on the fourth floor. Each bedroom can accommodate two individuals. The fourth floor includes a one bedroom apartment suitable for a residential supervisor.
Each floor is self-contained with custom bathrooms, a double sink kitchen, study/lounge, and laundry facilities. A passenger keylock elevator services each floor. The building has a 24/7 security system with its own dedicated entrance from 26th Street. Limited parking is available on the ground floor.
