We connect universities, global studies providers, students and faculty with student housing providers worldwide. 

Host* (landlord) registers with ULodging, uploads a description of the property, photographs, features, availability, pricing, etc. for each of its properties.

Lodger (tenant) searches for properties on ULodging, identifies property of choice, communicates directly with Host, agrees the lease, executes and pays Host directly.  Lodger does not pay any fee to ULodging. There is no need to register in advance.

*Host pays a fee ONLY upon execution of a lease. All Hosts must be either the property owner/manager. All properties are subject to review and approval by ULodging Inc.
