Description
Luxury student accommodation in Valencia. We open January 2023.
It is near the metro station Angel Gimera, two stops from the AVE and less than 15 minutes walking from the catholic University of Valencia.
The student accommodation consists of 162 beds in different types of rooms. This includes the twodios that are distributed in two single rooms with their own bathroom and a shared kitchen, single and double studios, all equipped with a full kitchen
The facilities offer a roof terrace with solarium and lounge area, a gym, study rooms, multipurpose leisure area with TV, billiards, and our gastronomic area composed of a spacious fully equipped kitchen so you can cook and socialize in different spaces, between them, bar area and low table area where there will also be vending machines. We also offer half board, lunch or dinner services. In addition, we have a self-service laundry and a private covered parking for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
The residence will be attended by our staff 24 hours a day, organize events and coordinate the program of activities for students, doing everything in your power to make the most of your experience as a student in Valencia.
